Termination of Agreement December 31, 2021 The State estimates that the total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed 300,000.00. Bidder's security of bid bond, cash, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of at least 10 percent of the base bid must accompany this proposal. If bid bond is used as security, it is to be executed on the appropriate form attached to this proposal. The bond must be executed by an admitted surety insurer. Bids that are not properly marked may be disregarded. All completed bids and required documents shall be packaged and submitted in a sealed envelope to the address specified in the section entitled "Bid Submission Requirements". Inquiries received after this date will only be addressed at CDCR's discretion The State is not required to award an Agreement and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial deviations in the bid. The State's waiver of an immaterial deviation shall in no way modify the IFB document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with all requirements if awarded the Agreement.
