Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to install a new parking lot and pedestrian trail at the Government Peak Recreation Area. Project area is located off of N. Mountain Trails Drive approximately 8.5 miles northwest of the Glenn Highway, Palmer, Alaska. Questions Due Date: Feb 1st, 2023, 5:00 PM AKST The Matanuska-Susitna Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any and all technicalities or informalities it deems appropriate. Award of this project is subject to the availability of funding. Time is of the essence. Work shall be completed in one continuous timeframe. Substantial completion shall be achieved by September 30, 2023. Final completion shall be achieved by June 30, 2024 Estimated project magnitude of the base bid is less than $1,450,000.
