Trees under 6" in diameter are to be considered underbrush. The site consists of live standing trees, fallen trees, rock outcrops, live brush and dead brush stockpiled over the years. The hill at the East will have to be cleared of any trees, brush (dead or alive) and stabilized for the installation of the retaining wall. There are twenty trees marked with a white "X" that will be cut into 10' lengths and delivered to the existing parking lot just below the East side of the site. As well, there may be non-botanical debris found on site that will be the responsibility of this contractor to remove and dispose of properly.
