Site work and new construction of a civil project in Newburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items to construct a Combined Sewer Control Facility consisting of screening equipment, flow control equipment, chemical storage and dosing equipment, odor control equipment and associated duct work, chlorine contact tank, outfall sewer, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, SCADA systems, and site work. Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items to construct an influent sewer that includes a railroad crossing, structural support piers, site work, new concrete energy dissipation structure, and associated items. Separate bids will be received for the various contracts required for the project. Bid security must be furnished according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding documents must be downloaded from the designated website and prospective bidders must register as plan holders. Bids will only be accepted from those on the official Plan Holders list. All requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
