Addition to an educational facility in Newburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the Rad Tech Diagnostic Imaging Expansion Project at Kaplan Hall, SUNY Orange – Newburgh Campus. Bids must be submitted with a bid bond or certified check amounting to ten-percent (10%) of the bid total. Insurance is required as stipulated in the specifications. Bid envelopes must be marked with the specified project and bid opening information. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and re-advertise. Bidders must submit proof of responsibility as required by the owner. Each bid must contain a certificate of non-collusive bidding. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after receipt without the college's consent. Bidders should account for any price increases for labor and materials in their response; no additional charges for such increases will be permitted.
