Reference Number 0000419031 The Newburgh Enlarged City School District (NECSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive solutions for a Districtwide Two-way Radio Communication System to include equipment, installation, and maintenance services. The District requires this system to operate with optimal reliability, maintaining full functionality equitably across all school buildings districtwide. These solutions are paramount to the District's ability to maintain the communication necessary to maximize efforts of our staff to leverage their team operations in maintaining peace, order, and safety districtwide. Please submit three (3) original copies and one copy electronically on a thumb drive provided by the vendor of the completed qualifications and other requirements of the RFP, by hand delivery, regular mail, or courier to the address listed on the cover page. The District must receive the proposal by the date indicated in the timeline outlined on BidNet and stated within the RFP document attached. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to purchasing@necsd.net by 12:00 PM EST on April 8, 2026
