Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
