Site work and new construction of an educational facility in UNM, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,300-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

This project will add 11,337 Gross Square Feet (GSF) of building adjacent to the north wall of the existing Tow Diehm facility on the south end of the University of New Mexico Stadium. The project consists of a single-level, reinforced steel structure to house three main floor areas for various Olympic Sports Training Equipment and activities, including training offices, mechanical, electrical, storage and restroom support areas. An interior Cardio Mezzanine is included within the envelope of the new building, and is designed to be integral with the HVAC systems provided for the main building structure. The structure is designed reinforced, to facilitate the addition of a future roof observation deck, and will connect to the existing exterior stairs on the north east end of the existing Tow Diehm Building. The Work consists of the following: A New Addition to the existing Tow Diehm building Selective demolition of existing exterior elements including removal and replacement of, StormSewer Piping and Manholes. Site Grading with New and Replacement Paving. New Concrete Foundations and Elevated Decks/Roofs and Structural Steel, Structural Stud Framing, Sheathing and Rain Screen System with Exterior Insulation. New Storefront Entrance and WindowSystems New Wood Doors, Hollow Metal Frames and Hardware. New Gypsum Board on Metal Framing Walls ceilings and soffits. New acoustical ceiling tile and Floor Finishes. New Fire Protection Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC , Electrical and Data work.
