The scope includes the following items: provide all labor, materials and equipment to modify existing AHU, supply ductwork to CAV-3 as indicated on as required by drawings, add return air grilled in vestibule B011 into the existing exhaust duct, modify supply and exhaust ductwork to Cart Wash, remove all abandoned DX coil and components, change SPS sterilizers form the standing boilers to central steam, install new HM doorway, install N+1 exhaust fan addition and provide full testing , adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of the HVAC system in accordance with drawings and specification to replace and return to service the sterile processing services at Topeka VAMC. Completion time from NTP is undetermined but estimated to be 270 calendar days. The facility location: VISN 15/ Topeka VAMC, 2200 Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66622.
