Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12-story above grade municipal facility; for the addition of a three-story above grade municipal facility; and for the demolition of a three-story above grade municipal facility.

As of December 18, 2023, demolition has commenced and vertical construction is the follow immediately after demolition is completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Plans call to renovate the 12-story building or reducing the building to three floors and adding three floors of new construction. Other plans call for removal of upper floors of Docking and construction of three floors on top of the current three floors. Placing KDHE lab in Docking. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
