Site work for a development in Normandin, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.

Bid cancelled. If/when project will be re-tendered is unconfirmed. Reference number : 1521355 Review Title : Refurbishment of the water level control station in the irrigation basin of the Normandin nursery Electronic submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks wishes to repair the water level control equipment in its irrigation basin located at the Normandin public forest nursery. The latter recently observed major breaks in the control station, the irrigation basin loses a significant part of its water due to leaks in the current station. In order to ensure the irrigation of plants produced in the nursery, the water reserves must be used to their full potential. The nursery has two sources of water supply, the Ashuapmushuan River and the irrigation basin. In spring, the basin supplies the network while waiting for the ice to leave on the river. When the latter start, the floating pump is installed and the main power system takes over. The irrigation basin can also be used during the summer period, in case of breakage. In a context of climate change where heat waves follow one another, every cubic meter of water is important. The tender must be presented by a contractor having an establishment in Quebec where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal office hours. The contractor must also have the required licenses from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec. The Minister draws your attention in particular to clauses 3.12 and 3.13 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions for the eligibility of contractors to tender and the compliance of the tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. Work can begin from October 4 and must be completed by October 22, 2021 at the latest. The contract ends on November 18, 2021. The Department does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
