Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vacaville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The general description of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the installation of approximately 2350 linear feet of new sewer main via pipe bursting or conventional methods, removal, replacement and installation of sanitary sewer manholes, sewer laterals and water services and all additional ancillary work required as shown on the project plans or contemplated in the Special Provisions. No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for this project. The Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time a bid is submitted for this Project. This Contract is subject to State Contract Nondiscriminatory and Compliance Requirements pursuant to California Government Code, commencing with Section 12900 through Section 12996. The successful Bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the Notice of Award letter. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to determine which proposal is, in its judgment, the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder and which proposal should be accepted in the best interest of the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any irregularities in any proposal or bid. Contract No. 850107/850120/820341
