The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Organization. Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), to the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and holding, if applicable, the license required under the Building Act (LRQ, cB-1.1). The opening of tenders will take place at the same location, immediately after the closing time for tenders. The deadline for submitting complaints is September 13, 2021.
