**As of November 4, 2021, this project has been awarded to O.K Construction with a total amount of $210,550.00. The CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO invites sealed written proposals for the RESOURCE CENTER PROJECT ("Project"), located at 366 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California. The Project includes, but is not limited to: Project consists of tenant improvement of an existing ground level shell retail/office space. Improvements are comprised of new interior non-structural partitions and finishes, millwork, ADA restroom upgrades, and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. Building is approximately 6,186 square-feet. Each bid must be accompanied by either a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total base bid.
