The work consists of the construction of improvements at the Irish Town Green park including installation of Granitecrete patio and paths, new concrete bench pads, new split rail fence, new chain link fence fabric replacement, new chain link gate, and minor fence and gate repair. The project is located within the Irish Town Green park at the intersection of Armour Avenue and Airport Boulevard in South San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. This is a HUD Section 3 covered construction contract and required compliance with the hiring goals outlined in Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act. This Project has a goal of 25% of Section 3 Worker and from the 25% Section 3 Worker goal, 5% must be Section 3 Targeted Worker. Each bid must be accompanied by either a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total base bid.
