Base Bid #1 One complete seamless sign unit consisting of .090 aluminum sheet epoxied to a 2 aluminum frame sub-structure. Aluminum sub-frame will be welded or clipped to structural steel frame consisting of factory primed tube steel with steel base plates and cast in place anchor bolts. Letters will be surfaced applied vinyl and UV rated laminated digital logo decals. Back of sign unit to receive a 24" high x full length aluminum 'access panel' which is face fastened to sub-frame. Base Bid #2 Same as Base Bid 1; however, in lieu of the surface applied letters, provide non-illuminated Acrylic 3/4" Dimensional Letters. Base Bid #3 Same as Base Bid 1; however, in lieu of the surface applied letters and non-illuminated Acrylic 3/4" Dimensional Letters, provide 'push through' internally lit die-cut dimensional letters. In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under at least one (1) of the following NJDPMC Trade Code(s) at the time of submission: DPMC Trade Code C008

Checks should be made payable to the South Jersey Transportation Authority.
Payment must be received prior to obtaining said Specifications and Bid Documents, either by mail or in person.
There is no scheduled site visit. Bidders are encouraged to make independent site visits prior to the question deadline. The Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Authority, in accordance with applicable law, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also to waive any minor informality or non-material exceptions in any

Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside reference to the particular work bid upon.
