Per the Condition Assessment the Roof coverings have reached the end of their life cycle. This project will tearoff all existing roofing and insulation to the wooden deck, replace any or all rotted wood, install nK-22-2035-DBB-3 ew covering and base flashing at walls, curb, and penetrations. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $1,140,000.00. This is the City of San Diego's (City) solicitation process to acquire Construction services for Balboa Park Federal Building Improvement. This solicitation is subject to full and open competition and may be bid by Contractors on the City's approved Prequalified Contractors List. The Award of this contract is contingent upon the Contractor's compliance with all conditions of Award as stated within these documents and within the Notice BIDS MAY BE WITHDRAWN by the Bidder only up to the bid due date and time. of Intent to Award.Once the low bid has been determined, the City may, at its sole discretion, award the contract for the Base bid alone.
