Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any supplemental general conditions are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. It is agreed that time is of the essence of this Agreement. The Contractor shall commence and prosecute the work under this Agreement upon execution hereof and shall Substantial Completion of the work on or before 30 DAYS FROM SIGNED CONTRACT. 1.1. The scope of work under this contract shall consist of furnishing labor and material to install 3 new HVAC units, includes both the A/C unit in Attic space and condensers outside at the Medway Senior Center. Work includes mobilization, the performance of the work, clean-up, and demobilization. 1.2. New Bryant HVAC 3 1/2 ton system, includes Air Handler and condenser, 14 SEER 1.3. New Bryant HVAC 4 ton system, includes Air Handler and condenser, 14 SEER 1.4. New Bryant HVAC 5 ton system, includes Air Handler and condenser, 14 SEER 1.5. New flex duct connection to each unit. 1.6. New Refrigeration lines to each unit 1.7. New Electrical Disconnect and new whip connection to each unit. New electricl wire as need for new unit specs. 1.8. New concrete pad under each unit 1.9. Replace Electrical Panel breakers as needed for each new system connection.
