Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Medway, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Town of Medway will prequalify General Contractors & Subcontractors for construction of the Populatic Water Treatment Plant. Prequalification will be established through the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, 44D 1/2 . The project is for full construction of a water treatment plant. The water treatment process includes a GreensandPlus pressure filtration system for iron & manganese removal, chemical feed systems, backwash recycling system, settled solids waste system, baffled clearwell, provisional space for future PFAS treatment equipment, & ancillary equipment & controls. The building also includes an operations area containing offices, locker & toilet facilities & an attached garage. The required contract completion time is 540 consecutive days. Project is subject to MassDEP SRF requirements. Anticipated cost of the project is $17 million. This RFQ is for Contractor Prequalification and NOT a construction project out to bid.
