The Town of Medway (Town) acting by and through its Town Manager seeks proposals for a consultant to provide technical assistance and education to Town officials, in particular the Planning and Economic Development Board (the Board) and the Board of Selectmen, with respect to identifying operation, safety, security, and technology issues related to battery energy storage systems. The award of this contract is subject to the approval of the Medway Board of Selectmen. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to cancel this Request for Proposals (RFP), to waive any informality contained therein, and to negotiate any and all terms and to award the contract as determined to be in the best interests of the Town. Written questions concerning this RFP may be submitted to the Community and Economic Development office at saffleckchilds@townofmedway.org, no later than seven days before the deadline for submission of the proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
