Clinton Ave., Fresno, CA 93703 Project Number: 570-21-800 Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary and required construction services to include, but not limited to: tools, equipment, materials, labor, travel, project management, administrative support, contractor quality control, expertise, supervision, testing, analysis, and specialty services to accomplish all items and requirements for the Replace Building 32 Elevator for Safety project. This project will replace the four story, currently 6 stop, hydraulic freight elevator located within the VACCHCS Warehouse (Building 32). The freight elevator replacement will include all mechanical controls, a new motor, new vertically opening bi-parting doors, a new cab, and 1 new shaft penetration, as detailed in the Statement of Work and solicitation documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. In accordance with (IAW) Veterans Affair Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00.
