Contract LCTA PA-1514-01GC - General Construction Contract LCTA PA-1514-02MC - Mechanical Construction Contract LCTA PA-1514-03EC - Electrical Construction Contract LCTA PA-1514-04PC - Plumbing Construction LCTA encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE'S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy federal and PennDOT requirements. A DBE goal of 2.23% has been established for only the General Construction contract. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project.
