This Bid contains instructions to prospective proposers and specifications for Bituminous Paving Materials for Luzerne County and Agencies.Luzerne County is soliciting this Bid to secure for a base agreement period of one (1) year. Materials shall be manufactured in accordance with the most current version of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Road Construction Standards, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication 408, all other related Bulletins and Articles, or as otherwise stated. Contract terms are until the end of the calendar year and starting when executed and/or as negotiated and illustrated in the contract agreement. No payment extensions shall be allowed. No asphalt or fuel escalation shall be paid for the term of the contract. Asphalt mix designs will be either hot or warm mix designs. Contract 4/11/22 to 12/31/22
