Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages: $1,250 per day Pre-Bid Meeting No Placement of slurry seal and fog seal shall not begin before April 1, 2022 unless Contractor receives written approval from the Engineer. Contractors bid costs for placement of slurry seal and fog seal must remain firm from the bid opening date through completion of the Project, excluding increases for work that would otherwise qualify as a Changed Condition (Section 3-4) or Change Order unrelated to the April 1, 2022 date restriction on which placement of slurry seal and fog seal may occur on the Project. The contractor shall complete the Work within the time set in the contract as defined in the General Provisions Section 6-7.
