Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Gaithersburg is seeking proposals for construction of the Blohm Park Trail Improvement Project located at 18900 Watkins Mill Road in the northwestern corner of the City. The Blohm Park Trail Improvement Project proposes to enhance the existing natural trail system by: Establishing new natural surface loop trails; i. Constructing a boardwalk wetland overlook structure and various seating areas; ii. Adding trail route markers and interpretive signage; iv. Constructing three fair weather crossings at the existing streams; and V. Repairing and rehabilitating an existing foot bridge and the covered wooden gazebo and access deck as part of the project.
