Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ramapo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This federal aid project includes pedestrian accessibility and safety upgrades at two (2) signalized intersections and ten (10) unsignalized intersections located in the Town of Ramapo The work will include removal and replacement of curb ramps to meet ADA requirements, installation of new signage, restriping of crosswalks and other pavement markings, and pedestrian signal upgrades. All work will be performed in accordance with latest revisions of the Standard Specifications and Standard Sheets maintained by NYSDOT on the date of Advertisement. This project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goal of 10.0%. This project has an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) goal of 6.9% for women and 22.6% for minorities. The successful bidder will be required to use the civil rights reporting system, Equitable Business Opportunities (EBO).
