33. Equipmentshall be installed and connected inaccordance with manufacturer's recommendations and current code.
34. Proposal shall include all materials, delivery, installation and labor.
35. Potential bidders shall visit the site before submitting bids.
36. Provide proof of Workmen's Compensation insurance with bid.
37. Provide proof of General Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.
38. Successful bidder shall maintain required background check documentation.
