Renovation of a transportation facility in Aberdeen, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Transit Station Painting Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to complete all the Work under a single, lump sum contract for 19-12C, Transit Station Painting, Grays Harbor Transit, located at Aberdeen Station - 101 South G Street, Hoquiam Station - 600 J Street, and Montesano Station - 214 E Pioneer, as shown on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual. Items of the Work at each station, as applicable, include, but are not limited to: Painting: All currently painted green metals of the station buildings including metal roofing. Downspouts. Security camera service masts. Bicycle Storage Lockers. Bicycle Storage Racks. Trash Receptacles. Aluminum Benches. Lighting Poles and Fixtures. Brick and Concrete Sealing: Provide anti-graffiti damproofing. Pressure Washing: Underside of metal roof decking and metal soffit panels. Questions will not be received after this time and date, no exceptions. A. bid security; in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond is required with each Bid in an amount equal to (5) percent of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any. Should a bidder fail to enter into an Agreement; with the Owner and/or fail to furnish the bonds required by the Contract Documents within ten (10) days after his/her Bid has been accepted, the Contractor's Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages, not as a penalty. Contractor shall secure, include costs therefore in the Bid, and pay for bonds issued by a bond-ing company with a Best's rating of "A", or better, and licensed to transact business in the State of Washington in Statutory Form. Representatives for the Owner and the Architect will be available to answer questions. To be eligible t.o bid, all bidders must physically inspect the premises and familiarize themselves with all existing conditions. Bidders will be required to submit the following documents: 1. - Non-Collusion Affidavit.. 2. - Certification Regarding Responsibility Matters. 3. - Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes. WA State Prevailing Wage Rates: Shall apply.
