Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the Orr Ditch Booster Pump Station and Hydroelectric Improvements - CMAR Services. The selected Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will provide design phase assistance (preconstruction services) and, if the cost of the work, plus a fee, with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract to construct the Project is negotiated successfully, complete construction services for the Orr Ditch Booster Pump Station and Hydroelectric Improvements. The estimated construction cost is $12.4M and construction is anticipated to start in the fall of 2022.
