MUNICIPALITY OF NORRISTOWN RAPP ALLEY STORM WATER IMPROVEMENTS 2021 CDBG GRANT The Scope of Work: installation of storm pipe and inlets, regrading a portion of the existing alley, repaving alley and existing trench in roadway and associated lawn restoration. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Municipality reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
