Renovation of a mixed-use development in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The successful respondent to this RFP will conduct a comprehensive programming exercise, taking into account the operational and spatial needs of the Public Defender's Office to deliver a program of requirements that will inform the design and engineering of a modernized, re-imagined building. Complete a detailed physical inspection of the building, its support infrastructure and systems, and surrounding accessory facilities towards documenting physical improvements needed to achieve compliance with all applicable code towards full occupancy as the program dictates. Based on the established program of requirements, produce concept, schematic, design development and construction document phase drawings and specifications.
