Rushworth Lift Station No. 1 The work includes but is not limited to blasting and recoating the wet well walls, baffle and underside of top slab; the application of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the wet well walls, baffle, and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement miscellaneous valves and fittings inside the valve vault; blasting and recoating of all piping in the valve vault and ductile iron spool pieces penetrating the wet well and valve vault wall; installation of a doghouse manhole on the influent sanitary sewer pipe, bypass pumping for one month to complete the work; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Kuykendahl Lift Station No. 2 The work includes but is not limited to the cleaning and Holiday testing of the T-Lock liner on the wet well walls; demolition and replacement of the air release and air vacuum valves inside the valve vault, blasting and recoating of all piping and valves in the wet well and valve vault; bypass pumping for one month to complete the work; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Alternate Bid Item No. 1 consists of patching the T-Lock liner as needed based on Holiday test results and as confirmed by the Engineer. On-Site Wastewater Treatment Plant Lift Station The work includes but is not limited to blasting and recoating the wet well walls, baffle and underside of top slap; the application of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the wet well walls, baffle and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of all piping, fittings and valves; bypass pumping for two months to complete the work; installation of riser pipe supports; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. The project is located in Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 200.
