The project consists of approximately 6,747 linear feet of 8-inch (8") cured in place pipe (CIPP) sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 535 linear feet of 10-inch (10") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 291 linear feet of 12-inch (12") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 3,257 linear feet of 15-inch (15") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 2,590 linear feet of 18-inch (18") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 2,861 linear feet of 21-inch (21") CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 100 linear feet of 8-inch (8") sanitary sewer pipe bursting; 794 linear feet of 12-inch (12") sanitary sewer pipe bursting; 60 linear feet of 6-inch (6") sanitary sewer pipe replacement; 705 linear feet of heavy cleaning of various sizes; 114 sanitary sewer lead repairs; 8 protruding lead cuts; 147 sanitary sewer point repairs of various sizes; and various repairs to 178 sanitary sewer manholes including grout & epoxy, re-sealing ring & throat, and resetting ring & throat. The work shall be substantially completed within the contract time in the contractor's bid stated in calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. This time should include approximately 3 weeks for the initial customer notification period and 30 days for the engineer to review the final payment submittal including the project manual and reports provided on a USB drive or hard drive. The project is located north of FM 1960 and west of U.S. Highway 59 in Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 26.
