Request for Bids: Experienced Contractor for WWTP Tank Replacement We are seeking a seasoned contractor with proven expertise in Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) installation and fabrication for an urgent project in North Houston. Scope of Work Highlights: Project: Replacement of two steel storage tanks at a functioning WWTP. Existing Tanks: Must be either demolished or removed. New Tanks: Replacement tanks are already fabricated and on site. Dimensions: One 30'x12'x12' tank and one 20'x12'x12' tank. Plant Status: The rest of the plant infrastructure will remain unchanged (like-for-like replacement). Urgency and Requirements: Critical Timeline: This is currently an operational facility; speed and experience are paramount to minimize downtime and quickly bring the new tanks online. Approvals: The project is approved by TCEQ as a like-for-like replacement; no blueprints are available. Requirements: Insurance and bonding are required. Bidding Process: Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit is required to bid on this project. Submission: Email your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to coordinate a time for the visit.
