Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a transportation facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Anticipated Notice to Proceed 11/16/21 Est. Installation/Acceptance/Project Completion Fall, 2022 The national goal for participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 10% The Contractor shall provide the services described in the City's Invitation for Bid for the Project titled CITY OF OSHKOSH GO TRANSIT dated OCTOBER 9, 2021, and the contractor's bid form and materials attached as Exhibit A. If anything in the Bid Form conflicts with the Bid Specifications, the provisions in the Bid Specifications shall govern. The Contractor may provide additional products and/or services if such products/services are requested in writing by the Authorized Representative of the City.
