The North Boone Community Unit School District 200 Board of Education is accepting bids for improvements to the existing bus parking lot. PROJECT SCHEDULE The work is to be performed at the District Administrative Offices, 6248 N. Boone School Road, Poplar Grove, Illinois. Work is scheduled to take place between September 2021 through November 2021. Each bid submission must include a Bid Form, Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, a fully executed Contractor Qualification Statement (AIA Form A305), and all requested documentation confirming the Contractor meets all District bid qualifications. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any, and all, bids, and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's best interest.
