Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 48-unit clubhouse / community center; and multi-residential development.
For new construction multifamily apartments (48 units and clubhouse) within the County of Spartanburg. You will be allowed to bid on all or part of this project. Westview Terrace, LLC was awarded funds through SC State Housing Finance & Development Authority for construction. Federal requirements will apply. The funding sources are HOME Investment Partnership Program.
