Specific services to be provided are shown in the Program Summary outlined in Section III of this document. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be plainly marked on the outside as a bid for "Re-Bid Item #22-251A - Plumbing Service & Repair" and the envelope should bear on the outside, the name of the bidder, his address and his license number, if applicable.
