The modernized school will be located on the site of the existing school as a 964 student station facility to include new construction and remodeling or renovation of existing buildings to remain as deemed necessary. Temporary holding for school operations during construction will be required. The Construction Management services shall establish a GMP as well as all the preconstruction phase services following award of the GMP delivery method. The selected Construction Management firm, shall provide bidding and construction management services as required in the permitted construction documents. The construction may be phased for the construction deliverables based upon the phased construction schedule as determined by the Owner.
