Q & A deadline: Feb 21, 2022 2:00:00 PM EST Work assigned under this Contract shall include, but is not limited to, minor capital project improvements, safety and ADA related improvements and facility renovation and repair projects. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the OWNER.
