A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of West Palm Beach is re-issuing its invitation for proposals to negotiate the term of the purchase or lease and development of 8111 South Dixie Highway, located in the south end of the City. The parcel is approximately 6.51 acres and fronts South Dixie Highway along the Lake Worth "C-51" canal. The site is currently vacant and serves as a gateway to the City and focal point for residents and visitors entering West Palm Beach. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
