Renovation of a municipal facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors experienced in commercial caulking and waterproofing to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform Sealing, weatherproofing and building repairs as described in the technical specifications for this project. Calking and Sealing of the exterior walls of the building Substantial Completion: Not more than 240 calendar days after NTP. Final Completion Not more than 365 calendar days after NTP, but not less than 45 days from Substantial Completion
