Site work for a water / sewer project in Bartow, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of bids from vendors that are interested in providing system and water connections, meter change-outs, service line inspection and repairs, equipment replacement, and annual inspections as described herein. Provide the necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision for standard irrigation system connections to reclaim water and potable water connections, meter change-outs, investigation, and repair of leaks on service lines, replacement of equipment and annual inspections throughout Polk County. Questions regarding this bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid. The vendor shall furnish a performance and payment bond, in an amount equal to the amount awarded, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all the vendor s obligations under the bid documents.The bond shall remain in effect at least until one year after the date when final payment becomes due, except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations or by the bid documents. The Procurement Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any minor irregularities in the bids received, whichever would be in the best interest of the County
