Provide professional engineering services for American Rescue Plan funded projects The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to design, permitting and construction phase engineering services for water, wastewater and reclaim water facilities within Polk County, Florida. Additionally, the County requires professional services for environmental permitting, planning and compliance. Successful Proposers must follow the Polk County Utilities Code while performing these services for the Utilities Division.
