Request for Proposals New London Homeless Hospitality Center, Inc. (NLHHC) is soliciting proposals from Architects for renovations need to create a Housing Resource Center located at 727 Bank Street in the City of New London. An existing structure is in use but requires additional modifications to function most effectively. This project will consist of office and meeting space that will provide individuals and families assistance with various housing related services such as legal, employment, rental assistance, referrals to community based services and so forth. New London Homeless Hospitality Center, Inc. is looking for an architect to provide site planning and development; full architectural, MEP, engineering, structural and site plans and specifications; assistance in town approvals; assistance in selecting a contractor and obtaining construction pricing; and contract administration during construction work. NLHHC reserves the right to accept any submittal or to reject any submittal and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a submittal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
