Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Richmond Heights, Ohio request sealed bids for the restoration of 10,000 square feet of existing asphalt walking trail located at Richmond Heights Community Park, 6,000 square feet existing asphalt walking trail on the east side of Richmond Road along the Cuyahoga County Airport and 8,000 square feet of asphalt sealcoat at Richmond Heights Community Park and along the east side of Richmond Road. Bids shall be valid for 60 days after the bid opening date. Each bid must contain all bid forms and be accompanied by a certified check or BID BOND IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 5% OF THE BID, drawn on some solvent bank or bonding company in the State of Ohio, payable to the Director of Finance of Richmond Heights, Ohio as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract pursuant thereto will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Should any bid be accepted, the certified check or bid bond of the successful bidder will be returned upon proper execution and securing of the contract. Checks or bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after a Contract has been awarded and entered into or upon rejection of all bids. Small Business Enterprises (SBE's) are encouraged to participate on this project. The goal for SBE participation is 35% of total contract award for this project. A bidder/contractor will be deemed committed to the Department of Labor's goals and timetables for the Cleveland, Ohio areas as specified in the Notice of Requirements for Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Employment Opportunity Executive Order 11246 by submitting a properly signed bid. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any non-conformities and irregularities contained therein.
