Grayslake Park District Central Park Pickle Ball Courts Installation The Grayslake Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Central Park Pickle Ball Courts Installation, which includes excavation/earthwork/grading/shaping, asphalt pavement installation, aluminum fence removal, CA-6 stone installation and compaction, asphalt court surface installation, striping and color coating, chain link fencing and gates, net posts and nets. The Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive technicalities and select a bid that meets the specifications required by the Park District, as well as to increase, decrease or delete any line item shown within the Bid Form. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages to all laborers, workers and mechanics, as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, and the record keeping, submission and inspection requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, including the requirement for submission of certified payroll records.
