Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Grayslake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
Soliciting sealed bids from construction contractors for PW Storage Building Floor Resurfacing. Compliance conditions are included in the bid documents. The Village of Grayslake reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to the Village, to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to bidding requirements, and to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids. It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet all requirements of the bid documents. HMA pavement to be completed within tin building interior (~3,200 SF) over existing concrete/gravel surface: - Interior of building to be cleared by Village staff - Place 1" average CA6 aggregate and compact to prepare base - Mill concrete/remove gravel at west garage door to a minimum depth of 3" below existing concrete sill. Also mill concrete/remove gravel around existing inlet in center of building - Place 3" HMA surface course
