Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of drilling a new 500 gpm vertical turbine line-shaft water well, including installation of well header piping and applicable appurtenances, yard piping modifications, and connection to existing plant piping (electrical improvements to be done by others). Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Owner and TWDB reserve the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board and TWDBs judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Bid security, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
