Question Cutoff Date: 10/13/2021 04:00 PM (AT) The project scope of work consists of construction of a new facility for 60 students to replace the existing aged building. The new 28,000 square foot Highpoint East Middle School will consist of six classrooms, two computer labs, a science lab, administration rooms, multipurpose rooms for dining/orientation/training, teacher workroom and breakroom spaces, gymnasium, and a clinic. The Project will be phased and include the demolition of the existing high school gymnasium and the old middle school building. *Addendum 1 has been released.
